Rental Fees
4 hours minimum @ $350/hour
All Day for $2,500.00 flat rate
(9am to midnight)
Includes sales tax and cleaning fee.
Terms & Conditions
Rental Deposit
At time of booking you must pay a deposit of 50% of the rental fee. The balance is due 7 days prior to the event.
Misc Fees and Payment Schedule
Due 7 days before the event:

The final balance of room rental.

A $300 damage deposit. Providing there is no damage this fee will be refunded within 3 days.
What's Included
Hosts will have an hour before and after to set up and break down the space.
There are up to 12 round tables available with seating for 8 at each.
Insurance Requirement
Clients are required to obtain event insurance to protect you and the venue from claims of injury. This can be obtained from www.theeventhelper.com at a reasonable rate. Contact them at 855-493-8368 for a quote.
Your certificate of insurance must be submitted to La Salle Event Room 7 days prior to the event.
Liquor License Requirement
If client wishes to serve alcohol to their guests at no charge, no liquor license is required, and Host Liquor Liability coverage is included in the basic insurance policy. However, if client hires a bartender and/or wishes to serve drinks for purchase, client must obtain additional Host Retail Liquor Liability coverage. Policy certificates must be submitted to La Salle Event Room no less than 7 days prior to the event.
